Stages Cycling is a cycling company that revolutionized the power meter industry with the launch of it's first product. Coming to market fast and furiously they constantly were playing catch up with their brand. As a result they had no web presence and no strategy for how to engage prospective customers.
With a competitive analysis I developed strategy to inform a complete brand overhaul including new UX, web design and development, messaging strategy, content creation, social media strategy, analytics and trade-show collateral that has taken the company through multiple product launches, and exponentially increased their online presence, social media engagement market presence and sales.
For the past four years I have managed their online presence and gleaned insights on how to engage new customers through content creation.
